William R. Berkowitz | Founder

William Berkowitz founded BPU Investment Management, Inc. in 1985 and serves its clients as an investment advisor.

Mr. Berkowitz has 36 years of financial management experience. Prior to founding BPU Investment Management, Inc., Mr. Berkowitz worked for E.F. Hutton, Paine Webber and CS McKee, specializing in fixed-income investments at brokerage firms for 23 years. He earned a BS from Penn State University in 1964 and completed the Securities Industry Institute in 1975.

Mr. Berkowitz has provided portfolio and investment guidance to credit unions, charitable, religious and fraternal organizations. He lectures and writes extensively on investing and portfolio strategy for credit unions.

Mr. Berkowitz and his wife, Nancy, live in Mt. Lebanon. The couple has three children and five grandchildren.
